The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal as deceased was working as a Police Constable in the Police Department. 2.

In light of the above, though Miss. Kazi, the learned advocate

( 2 ) wp 2000.16 sought to canvass the submissions, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The tribunal where proceedings would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs.
