Upon objection raised by the learned counsel for respondents and the learned A.G.P. that petitioner Nos. 3 to 21 are not officiating within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition would be prosecuted qua petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 only and liberty be granted to file fresh petition before the appropriate Court so far as petitioner Nos. 3 to 21 are concerned.

In view of that, the present writ petition is entertained qua petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 only. So far as petitioner Nos. 3 to 21 are

2 945-wp 2230-2022.odt concerned, the petitioners are granted liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file it before the appropriate Court. 3.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 5252 of 2020 and connected matters. This Court under order dated 24th November, 2021 disposed of the said writ petitions. All the learned counsel for the parties have given consensus to pass the similar order. 4.

In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 24th November, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 5252 of 2020 and connected writ petitions. No costs.
