Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The respondent despite service remained absent.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Petition A. No. 301 of 2021 pending in Family Court, Latur filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce to the Family Court, Aurangabad.

According to the applicant - wife, she is not having independent source of income and the distance between Aurangabad and Latur is around 250 Kilometers. Further, the applicant is maintaining one son and one daughter of tender ages. As such, it seems difficult for her to attend the dates at Pooja K.

969-MCA-46-2023 Latur. Moreover, she has also filed proceeding under P.W.D.V. Act against the respondent - husband at Aurangabad. 4.

There is no oppose to the application. Further, respondent - husband will have to attend the dates at Aurangabad in the proceeding filed by the applicant - wife under P.W.D.V Act. Therefore, considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Petition - A. No. 301 of 2021 pending in the Family Court, Latur is transferred to Family Court, Aurangabad for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Family Court, Aurangabad on or before 15th July, 2023.
