The petitioner is alleged to have committed an offence punishable under Section 26(1) D, A, F, G, H, 52(1) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (' the Act'). He has also been issued notice under Section 61(B) of the Act to show cause as to why his two proclain machines be not confiscated. It is however not known whether the petitioner has been given full opportunity of hearing. It would, therefore, be desirable to direct the petitioner to appear before the Assistant Conservator Officer, Aurangabad on 16th March, 2022 and avail an 1 / 2
