Despite issuance of notice on 12/03/2018, the notice is yet to be served. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he shall have the notice served through substituted service and suggests the newspaper "Divya Marathi", Beed Edition.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 02/08/2019. The applicant shall have the notice published in "Divya Marathi", Beed Edition on or before 22/07/2019 and place a copy of the newspaper on record, failing which, this application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court. 3.

Subject to the above compliance, ad interim relief, granted earlier, would continue.
