1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal for sanction of the staffing pattern is pending with the Director of Education since January, 2021. The same is not yet decided.

2] In case the proposal of the petitioner is forwarded by the Education Officer and the same is pending with the Director of Education [Page-43] for sanction of staffing pattern, then the same shall be decided, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably by the end of June, 2022.
