Paragraph No.6 of the affidavit in reply filed by Mr. Rukmangad s/o Pralhad Garud, dated 26/04/2024 reads as under : - "6.

Respondent humbly submits that, the remaining award amount with interest upto 30.04.2024 comes to Rs.8,75,547 and will be deposited in the Hon'ble High Court after the availability of funds probably in June 2024. The Respondent has initiated to challenge the order of the Hon'ble High Court dated 01/12/2023 in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. As the Respondent has every hope of succeeding in the matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Hon'ble High Court is Page 1 of

The original appellant is permitted to deposit the balance amount by end of June 2024 in this Court subject to any intervening order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
