PER COURT:

1] Learned counsel Mr. Bhokarikar, for the appellant undertakes to remove the office objections raised while scrutiny of civil application Stamp No.10332 of 2014, filed in F.A. No. 1729 of 2012. Therefore, he requested to recall the order passed by the Registrar for refusal of registration. Heard learned AGP.

2] In view of the nature of subject matter, in the interest of justice, the impugned order passed by registrar dated 19th August, 2014 refusing registration of appeal is hereby recalled and one more opportunity is granted to the applicant to remove the office objections, within a period of two weeks. Failure to remove the office objections would result in revival of the order passed by the Registrar and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. Civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.

3] Rest of the matters in this group be listed for hearing in the week commencing from 6th November, 2017.
