This matter is moved seeking permission to deposit the amount as directed by this court by order dated 28.03.2024 within a period of three (03) weeks.

Mr. S. G.Bhalerao, learned counsel submits that he is ready with the cheque / D.D. and that he would deposit the amount today. The arbitration appeal under section 37 filed by the petitioner is dismissed on 01.12.2023 and that there is no SLP filed against the said order as on today.

Mr. J. N. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to amend the Civil Application No.2677 of 2024 and add prayer that on deposit the amount be permitted to be withdrawn. 5.

Liberty granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. 6.

Thus, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited on an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed that the applicant would re-deposit the withdrawn amount with interest at 6% within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. 7.
