It appears that the notice issued to respondent No. 2 on the fresh address supplied by the applicants is awaited; yet, the Criminal Application No. 512 of 2025 has been filed for paper publication. The said application is not maintainable and therefore, disposed of. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that respondent No. 2 has filed application under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 1330 of 2021 before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmednagar, and respondent No. 2 is appearing before the concerned Court.

Under such circumstance, we direct that one more notice be issued on the address supplied before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmednagar, before whom the criminal proceedings between the parties is pending and on the day respondent No.2 appears before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate should get it served through Court duty Constable and then submit a report to this Court.
