Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had fled applications for issuance of caste certifcates. The same are pending with the Sub Divisional Ofcer since 15.11.2017. 3.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 4.

In case the applications are fled by the petitioners for issuance of caste certifcates (page 10) and the same are pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within three months. 5.
