When the present petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties brought to the notice of this Court that Writ Petition Nos.3045, 3048 and 3053 2001, having similar facts as are involved in the present petition, have been disposed of by a common judgment passed by this Court on 5th January, 2015. The learned counsel for Respondent No.4 has placed on record a copy of

27 wp.3843.2003.odt the said judgment. The learned counsel have jointly prayed for disposing of the present petition by passing the similar order as has been passed in the aforesaid writ petitions.

I have perused the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions on 5th January, 2015. Similar issues are raised in the present petition also. I, therefore, do not see any reason to take any contrary view. The present petition also deserves to be disposed of for the reasons stated in the common judgment passed by this Court on 5th January, 2015, in the aforesaid writ petitions by passing the similar order. Hence, the following order -

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is hereby dismissed, however, with no order as to costs. The petitioner is directed to pay the amount as directed by the Judge, Labour Court, Jalgaon to each of the respondents within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner failed to pay the amount within the aforesaid period, the amount shall carry an interest at the rate of 9 per cent per annum from the date of passing of this judgment till the date of actual payment to the respondents. Rule discharged.
