We have heard learned A.G.P. Notice is also issued to the Respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the fact that the injunction has been granted by the Civil Court, the Respondent No.2 has issued public notice about demolition. This Court on 13.2.2015, has passed an order that while taking action of demolition, the Respondent shall have due regard to the order of injunction passed by the Civil Court in RCS No.523/2012 dated 25.4.2013 on any further orders passed thereafter. 3.

Needless to state, if authority takes demolition drive, it will

have to take into consideration the judicial orders passed by the Court.

With these observations the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
