The petitioner has fled application for issuance of tribe certifcate on 20th December, 2019. It is submitted that the petitioner has to appear for MPSC examinations.

Considering the above, respondent No.2 shall decide the application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certifcate expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.
