The caste claim of the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe) is invalidated. 2.

Amongst various submissions, one of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Ajit Uttamrao Bodhgire is paternal relative of the petitioner. His claim was also invalidated. He filed Writ Petition No. 2059 of 2021. This Court under judgment and order dated 02nd February, 2021 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to him. 3.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State. Upon going through the record, the learned A. G. P. submits that, the Committee has not doubted the relationship of the petitioner with the Ajit Uttamrao

2 wp 2233.22 Bodhgire. The petitioner and Ajit Uttamrao Bodhgire are paternal relatives.

As other paternal relatives are issued with the validity certificates under the orders of this Court at Bombay and Bench at Aurangabad, we follow the same course and pass following order.

The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe). The said validity would be subject to the decision that would be taken in the proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioner.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
