This petition can be disposed of forthwith considering the fact that Shri Barde, learned Advocate for the Respondent, makes a statement that pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012 issued by the Government, he gave up his rights and accepted the permanency which was granted to him by the order passed by the Department dated 24.04.2013. This Writ Petition was filed on 18.02.2014. Shri Patil, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits that in the light of the above, this Writ Petition can be disposed of.
