None is present except the learned A.G.P. The sole claimant who is the respondent No. 2 has died and the appeal filed by the Acquiring Body would stand automatically abated. However, the legal representatives of the original claimant by filing application sought to come on record. By the order dated 20.11.2019 the application was allowed and the Acquiring Body which is the appellant was directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal-memo. However none is present for the appellant today and the amendment has not been carried out.
