Issue notice to respondents. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for all respondents. 2.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the limited grievance of the petitioner is that, the proposal forwarded to the respondent No. 3 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not yet decided. The same is forwarded by the respondent No. 4 to the respondent No. 3. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in case the said proposal is pending, it would be decided on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 5.

The respondent No. 3 shall decide the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 4 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit - C) expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.
