The only grievance made in this petition is in respect of issuance of tribe certificate recording proper nomenclature of tribe. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner recording name of the tribe as ' Mahadev Koli'. In fact the name of the tribe recorded in the Presidential Order is 'Koli Mahadev'. The petitioner is in receipt of tribe certificate certifying that he belongs to ' Mahadev Koli', scheduled tribe, however, the spelling is wrongly recorded in the certificates.

We have heard respective learned Assistant Government Pleaders for respondents/State.

In view of the decision recorded earlier in identical matter, we pass following order:

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No.2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner recording the name of the tribe as ' Koli Mahadev' after verifying the issuance of earlier certificate within two weeks.

The writ petitions are disposed of.
