Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocates state that the parties have amicably settled the dispute among themselves and have arrived at compromise and have reduced the consent / settlement terms in writing, which have been got verified before Registrar (Judicial). Learned advocates have identified their respective clients. 4.
Learned advocates state that the terms of compromise / settlement are lawful and not opposed to any public policy. They further state that the terms have been explained to the parties and they have understood and accepted the same on their own
{2} wp3448-04 accord and with free will. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 5.
Learned advocates, thus, request the court to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the consent terms which are verified before the Registrar (Judicial) by the parties who are stated to be present in court.
