Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The prosecution case rests upon the circumstantial evidence, except deceased shouted at the applicant, there is no evidence. She appears to have been arrested on suspicion. There is no prima facie evidence, to show the connection of applicant with the alleged incident. The material investigation has been completed. The applicant deserves bail. Hence, the order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Poornabai Eknath Shinde be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.671 of 2022, registered with Bhokardan Police Station, District Jalna, for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that, (a) She shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) She do not involve in similar crime.
