Today learned Advocate for the petitioner has produced on record photocopy of a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 1 crores in the name of the Regional Employees Provident Fund Commissioner. The petitioner is, thus, ready to deposit Rs. 1 Crores. 02.

Considering the above, the Demand Draft be deposited with the office of the Regional Employees Provident Fund Commissioner. 03.

Subject to deposit of aforesaid Demand Draft, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner/present applicant. 04.
