When the matter is called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioners.

There is office objection and it is being pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 that impugned orders have not been annexed to the petition. There is ad-interim relief granted on 04.03.2014, staying the operation of the impugned orders. It is further contended by the respondents that Natha Balaji Thorat is necessary party being beneficiary of the impugned orders, has not been impleaded.

The writ petition is very old. Office objections have not been removed. In view of that, writ petition is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
