Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

There are counter reports against each other. The applicant was also injured in the assault by the opponent. The injured has been discharged and weapon allegedly used in the crime has also been seized. Considering the nature of dispute and circumstances, in which the incident happened, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

941-BA.288-23.odt (ii) Applicant SITARAM PANDHARI JAVALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.206 of 2022, registered by Police Station Killari, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
