By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner has sought to quash Crime No. I-144 of 2014 registered with Sonai Police Station and R.C.C. No. 326/2014 pending on the file of learned JMFC, Newasa for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The records reveals that R.C.C. is of the year 2014. It is stated that the charge has been framed and trial has already commenced. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed.
