ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicants. Perused the application. 2.

Present application is pending since year 2012 for interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and order passed by the learned District Judge-3, Dhule, in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 15 of 2006, dated 22-12-2011 and order passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik in Appeal No. 42 of 2001, dated 27-09-2005. 3.

Record shows that this Court under Order dated 16th April, 2013, granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'A' and issued notice to the respondents, returnable on 17-07-2013. Thereafter, it appears that with consent of both the sides, the interim relief granted earlier was allowed to be continued on each and every dates. In such circumstances, I do not find any impediment to continue the interim relief granted till final decision of the appeal on merit. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Application for stay stands disposed of in above terms.
