We have heard Mr Sagar-Killarikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The respondent no.4 has filed affidavit saying that the order has been complied with. According to Mr Sagar, much delay has been caused by respondent no.4 in complying the order of the Court. 3.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Municipal Council has tendered unconditional apology, so also has referred the matter being placed before the General Body. The General Body resolution being passed and thereafter processing the application of the petitioner. 4.

We accept the explanation and the unconditional apology tendered by respondent no.4.

In view of that, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. Contempt Petition disposed of. No costs.
