DATED : 16th APRIL, 2015 P.C. :- The petitioner is challenging the action of issuance of tender for doing sanitation job at State Transport Bus Station at Loha. On perusal of communication dated 13.6.2012 issued by the Divisional Engineer, it is noticed that the tender offered by one Balaji Bahuuddeshiya Seva, Aurangabad has been accepted in the month of April, 2012 itself. The successful bidder has been awarded the tender work and is continuing to execute the work since last three years. The successful bidder has also not been impleaded as party respondent in the petition. The petition, presented belatedly after about three years from the date of issuance of work order in favour of successful bidder, does not deserve consideration. Writ petition, as such, stands rejected.
