Mr. A.S. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that since the petitioner/applicant does not wish to press civil revision application, the applicant may be allowed to withdraw the application for condonation of delay. 2.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. The civil revision application stamp No. 4721/2011 also stands disposed of.
