The Committee has directed the petitioner to submit fresh proposal after getting the tribe certificate corrected. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has applied for supply of attested copy of tribe certificate with the Committee on 03.02.2020. 2.

The Committee shall issue the attested copy of tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of one (01) week from today. The petitioner shall produce the attested copy of the tribe certificate issued by the Committee to the respondent No. 2. On receipt of the attested tribe certificate, the respondent No. 2 on verification shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
