1] At the outset, Advocate Mr.S.P.Brahme submits that, he has already filed an application with the Registrar [Judicial] for discharge of his appearance from the Petition.

2] Upon perusal of the prayers in this Petition, the petitioner has questioned the

1711.18WP legality, validity and propriety of the E-tender dated 14.12.2017. Since we have considered the aforesaid challenge in Writ Petition No.378/2018, and the said Petition has been rejected, for the same reasons, this Petition also stands rejected. [S.M.GAVHANE] [S.S.SHINDE] JUDGE JUDGE DDC
