Heard the rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon, as directed by this Court in it's earlier order dated 29th March, 2022. It appears that earlier application for the same purpose was withdrawn by the applicants, since there were no details of entire happenings. Now it appears that the applicants have given those details and also the names of legal representatives of deceased applicant No.1 Prabhakar who was original respondent No.3.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body is not having any objection for disbursement of the amount as per the earlier order. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount as directed by this Court vide its earlier order dated 29th March, 2022. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
