The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It appears that the Acquiring Body has deposited only 25% of the impugned award alongwith the proportionate interest as directed by this Court.

This Court, in other connected matters vide orders dated 17.12.2021 and 13.09.2022, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire deposited amounts. As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the entire
