ORDER

[i] The amount deposited with the Registry of this Court be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 700 of 1999.

[ii] In case the application is submitted by the original claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount, the Tribunal shall pass the appropriate order for disbursement of the amount.

[iii] Civil Application is disposed of.
