3 34-wp1885 and ors.odt 2] Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to deposit the deficit court fees in all the petitions within a period of one week from today.

3] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent/State jointly submit that, the issue raised in these petitions is no longer res integra. This Court in similar fact situation has considered the issue in Writ Petition No.8461 of 2014 (Shiva Trust's Aurangabad Nursing School V/s The State of Maharashtra and others) and directed the Respondent/State to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the students of the petitioners - schools for the reserved category students of ANM/GNM course for the academic year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013.

4] For the same reasons, which are assigned in the said order, we direct the Respondent/State to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the students of the petitioners - Schools for the reserved category students of ANM/GNM course for the academic year 2011-

4 34-wp1885 and ors.odt 2012, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within three months from today. However, we make it clear that, the respondent/State will be entitled to make the scrutiny/examine the necessary requirements. 5] The Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms.
