The learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondent / State are present and they submit that, though this Court by order dated 10.02.2025 has allowed the Applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body and directed that remaining amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of the Appeal, there is no need to pass any further order as the Application has been considered and disposed off.

Though it is no specifically mentioned in the order dated 10.02.2025 that the Application for withdrawal of the amount is disposed off, the tenor of the order shows that the Application was

considered and the above referred order regarding withdrawal was passed. This shows that the Application was disposed off. Hence, there is no need to again list the Application.
