After this matter was heard for sometime, we called upon the Petitioner to state as to whether, she would make a fresh online application in terms of the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014 and indicate her options in such online application. We are informed that the process for the next transfer season in terms of the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014, would commence around 05.05.2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's online application should be considered strictly in

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Zilla Parishad is committed to consider the transfer applications of all candidates in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014.
