The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, 25% amount by furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and remaining 25% amount by furnishing Bank Guarantee.
