Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is owner of the land pursuant to the will. The petitioner has filed an application for mutating his name in the revenue record with the Tahsildar in the year 2014. The reminders are also given from time to time but no steps are taken.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

In such an eventuality, the committee is constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. The petitioners may approach the committee as constituted by the Circular dated 13.02.2015 and bring to the notice of the committee inaction on the part of the authority. The committee shall consider the said application and take appropriate measures within a period of three (03) months from the date of application.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
