The parties have entered into compromise. All parties were present on the last date before this Court when the matter was listed on 09.09.2025. This Court, by order dated 09.09.2025, directed all the parties to remain present before the Registrar [Judicial] for verification of the compromise. The parties, accordingly, remained present before the Registrar [Judicial] and the Registrar [Judicial] has verified the compromise deed and he has reported back to this Court that the parties admit the contents as true and correct and they have signed the compromise deed and they submitted that they have voluntarily entered into compromise and no force or fraud is played with them. The parties submit that there is no clause to the agreement
