The applicant is seeking direction of disbursement of the amount. First appeal was initially filed before this Court and amount of Rs.3,12,500/- was directed to be deposited. Thereafter, first appeal was transferred to district court, Kopargaon due to enhancement of the jurisdiction. Amount was also transmitted to the District Court. Hence, proper course for the applicant is to approach District Court seeking direction for disbursement of the amount. 2.

Civil application is disposed of with liberty to applicant to approach district court for direction to receive the amount. 3.
