Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP for respondents.

2] Request is made to direct respondents to conduct remeasurement of the chest of the petitioner. The petitioner was disqualified in the year 2008 on the ground that the measurement of the chest. The petition is moved after 11 years. The measurement of the chest must have undergone change now. The position in the year 2008 cannot be reflected.

3] No case for interference is made out. Petition is dismissed. No costs.
