The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file reply. However, the present application is only for condonation of delay of 211 days in filing CRA. Therefore, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of two seeks. 3.

On deposit of cost, the CRA be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
