Learned counsel for the appellants-original claimants submits that this court by order dated 7.6.2011 has condoned the delay of 742 days occurred in presenting these first appeals, without any condition. In view of the same, clause IV of operative part of judgment and order dated 27.7.2017 passed by this court in these two first appeals, is required to be deleted.

In view of above submission and on perusal of order passed by this Court on 7.6.2011, clause IV of operative part of judgment and order passed by this Court on 27.7.2017 is hereby deleted. The judgment and order dated 27.7.2017 passed in these first appeals is modified accordingly. Motion stands disposed of.
