Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the original proceedings were in respect of the transfer orders of petitioner nos.1 to 4 and subsequently, during the pendency of the petition the disputes had been settled and petitioner nos.1 to 4 have tender their resignations, which has been annexed to the affidavit-in-reply of the respondent.

On 05.01.2023 none had appeared for the petitioners when the same position had been pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent.

Today also, none appears for the petitioners. 4.

Considering the above, writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
