It would be open for the Petitioners to approach the Taluka Level Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Divisional

wp2346.16 Commissioner on 13th February 2015.

If the Petitioners tender appropriate representation to the Taluka Level Committee, the Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter and issue necessary instructions to the concerned authorities, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within SIX WEEKS from the date of receipt of representation.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
