It would be open for the petitioner to tender a representation to the Collector in respect of grievance raised by him in the instant petition.

If the petitioner tenders representation to the Collector within a period of six weeks from today, the Collector shall take appropriate decision considering facts and circumstances of this case; and if deemed necessary, issue necessary instructions in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
