This is an Application by the convict for fixing the Appeal for final hearing.

The appearance of learned Advocate Mr. S. V. Chate (Kekan) is discharged. Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate appears for the Appellant.

Our attention is brought to the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court on India dated 17/10/2023, by which, liberty is granted to the Appellant to apply to the High Court for expeditious disposal of the Appeal on the ground that the Appeal preferred by him is of the year 2011.

In view of above, Application is allowed. We fix the Appeal for final hearing on 28/03/2024.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
