The learned A.G.P. has received instructions from the Tahasil office Washi, Dist. Osmanabad, stating that the hearing in the execution proceedings had commenced. However, due to the National lock down owing to COVID-19, the hearing could not progress. Now, therefore, notice would be issued and expeditious hearing would be conducted so as to complete the execution expeditiously. 2.

Taking into account that the Judgment and the decree that is being sought to be executed was delivered on 10/03/2010, we find it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to ensure that the

3034.20wp (2) execution is completed on or before 31/12/2021, as also keeping in view the growing age of the petitioners.

As such, this petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 that they would conclude the execution proceeding expeditiously and in any case, on or before 31/12/2021. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
