The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the writ petition, though the notices were issued to respondent Nos.4 to 6, those notices are returned unserved as they are not found on given addresses. The learned counsel submits that the notices have been sent on the last known addresses of respondent Nos.4 to 6.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application seeking permission to serve repsondent Nos.4 to 6 by way of substitute mode of service i.e. paper publication, is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
